• Our production methods include capital intensive approaches, which leads us to acquiring the finest raw materials which are essential to produce the best quality products.
• Moving on the production process, our team is designated to perform highly intellectual approaches and skills to ensure the quality.
• IPC– Initial product check method is put into action while the products are undergoing the process of their conversion from raw materials to refined goods, usually begins when the batch is 20% completed.
• Another form of inspection takes place when our products are almost ready to be packed elegantly, all the units are observed carefully, tried and tested to assure the expected quality.
• The process further continues until it ends with an intense final inspection. PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION Where our products are carefully observed for various aspects such as; reliability, durability, usage experience and comfortability. All of these aspects are observed by the designated officials. Each product has its own unique expressions, the inspectors make sure not to bind the criteria with limited options, but to perform the inspection in a flexible yet with a systematic approach manner unique to every batch produced.
